The RD 50 ZA is a water cooled glass/metal power triode with an integral water jacket for frequences up to 10 MHz. The RD 50 ZA is primarily intended for use for power oscillator in industrial generator for HF heating.
The maximum anode dissipation rating is 50 kW.
